LOCAL & SUSTAINABLE
We use AS Colour and Cloke for our garments, both NZ owned companies who use recyclable and sustainable material. 58% of our clothing production comes from modern day slavery and child labour.
Both AS Colour and Cloke are 100% transparent about their clothing production, we support them and join them in the fight against modern day slavery!
It is important for us to provide sustainable and ethical clothing production practices.
In modern times, Māori clothing has evolved to include contemporary styles that combine traditional elements with contemporary fashion trends. River Jayden blends Māori designs, and patterns into t-shirts, hoodies, shirts, or accessories, allowing māori and non-māori allies to promote the rich culture with everyday attire.
